This is the industry standard for the online consumer. In that same fashion, the REALTOR® should make that prfessional contact via a telephone call if possible. This call should not be a hard sales pitch. Just a friendly reminder that the REALTOR® is ready, willing, and able to assist when needed. After the phone call, there should be a brief email from the REALTOR® summarizing the telephone call. Again, the REALTOR® is there to assist the buyer in finding housing choices.
