search for that perfect dream come true. Step 2 involves the Buyer making contact with the REALTOR®. Contact may be made in a wide variety of fashions. 74% of all home purchasers in 2010 found their home online. Of those 74%, a whopping 96.27% of them made their first contact to a REALTOR® via the internet using email, chat, Facebook, or some other form of electronic Social Media.
