Over the course of the next few days, I plan to walk you through the steps
that I, being a 10 year veteran of the business, have identified as being the
most crucial in determining the success of the Buyer’s experience in obtaining
their dream. I will break it down so simply that you will know exactly how you
are to be treated, guided, educated, and represented by your Realtor®. If you

In review, the 1st step that kicks it all off is when The Buyer begins his or her
search for that perfect dream come true. Step 2 involves the Buyer making contact with the REALTOR® .In Step 3, the buyer chooses which REALTOR® they would like to work with. Step 4 requires deciding which level of Agency to work under. Step 5 has the buyer and the REALTOR® working together to achieve mortgage Pre-Approval.
In Step 6, the REALTOR® performs a most important meeting called the Buyers’ Needs Analysis. In Step 7, the REALTOR® selects listings for the Buyer to preview based on the results of the meeting held.
Step 8 is the easiest of the steps as it is when the buyer and the REALTOR® set up the showing appointments and subsequently shows the selected properties. Your REALTOR® should not make too many appointments as it will confound you with too many choices. Instead, you should encourage your REALTOR® to set up four to five appointments per day that you are wanting to visit properties. You will surprise your REALTOR® when after only a few home visits that you have found the one home that is your dream home.
